Upcyclingowy Zawrót Głowy to niezastąpiona niczym satysfakcja płynąca z wymyślania, kombinowania i tworzenia z rzeczy już istniejących
czegoś zupełnie nowego. Akcja ma charakter edukacyjno – ekologiczny, a środkiem wyrazu jest artystyczne zadanie konkursowe, które polega na wykonaniu upcycling’owej pracy plastycznej. Wystarczy pomysł i wyobraźnia aby z rzeczy już nieprzydatnych stworzyć coś nowego i niepowtarzalnego, nadając w ten sposób przedmiotom drugie życie, dbając przy tym o środowisko. Projekt ma na celu również nauczyć jak ekologicznie, prosto i niedrogo można zmieniać i upiększać swoje otoczenie.

Aby wziąć udział w konkursie należy zaprojektować i wykonać upcyclingowy przedmiot użytkowy.

W pierwszym etapie upcyclingowego konkursu uczestnicy przygotowują krótki film przedstawiający: projekt upcyclingowego przedmiotu użytkowego
oraz elementy jego tworzenia. Projekt kończy się uroczystą Galą Finałową zaplanowaną na grudzień 2017r.
